ダチョウ倶楽部の寺門ジモンが牛などを取引するための「家畜商」の免許を取得し、昨年11月に松阪牛のNo.１を決めるセリ市「第62回　松阪牛共進会」で、牛１頭を競り落としていたことが13日、分かった。

　セリで取引ができる免許「家畜商」を取得したのは３年前。給料のほとんどを食べ物につぎ込むほどの食通で、「最高級を知れば、すべてがわかる」と、10年前から松阪牛のセリ市に顔を出して勉強を続けた熱心さが認められてセリに参加でき、７０４キロのメス牛を１９５万円で落札した。

　この日は、食通の仲間を集め、都内の店を貸し切って競り落とした牛を振る舞い、「好きなものが高じて！です」と満足げだった。
